Welcome to Djursholm Yoga!

How it all started

Hi! My name is Deborah. Welcome to Djursholm Yoga, a place to share my love for great food (just healthy and feel-good food, with a good helping of veggies, most of it sugar free), contemplate aloud about a yogic lifestyle and document my journey as a yoga teacher.

I am a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and The British Wheel of Yoga. My training includes a 390 hours Hatha yoga teacher training with Kate Ellis and Catherine Annis at triyoga, London, a Vinyasa yoga immersion with Mimi Kuo-Deemer, an introductory training into yoga therapy as well as a 1:2:1 training with Kate Ellis.

Most of my classes are Hatha open classes, i.e. they are great if you want to try yoga for the first time, if you want to get back into your practice after some time off the mat, or if you want to deepen your practice. My Vinyasa flow classes are faster and more dynamic – it helps to have stood on a yoga mat before your first Vinyasa class.

In addition to yoga classes, I offer 1:1 sessions, often with a therapeutic focus. They are a great way to work on specific issues or to get back onto the mat after an injury.
