Ayurvedic Health and Yoga Counsellor
Anna van Berlo describes herself as an economist who changed direction in life to follow her heart. Ayurveda changed her life, and this created a strong drive within her to help others learn how to find their true selves and live in balance and harmony. Now she is a trained Ayurvedic Health and Yoga Counsellor, teaching at Djursholm Yoga.
Her yoga style is Kundalini, which is softer and more spiritual than many other styles of yoga and fits all levels from beginners to seasoned yogis. The classes focus on creating balance within us by reducing stress, increasing energy and working with mental strength. Using mantras, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation exercises, both body and soul get their share during the classes.
