Jenny has worked as a trainer since 1998. Over the years, her practice and teaching has switched from sweaty, hardcore weight training and cycling classes to softer and more mindful yoga and yoga style classes. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and besides running and teaching at Djursholm Yoga she also teaches various classes at SATS.
On June 1, 2018, she took over as new owner of Djursholm Yoga and is now thrilled to have a new platform for spreading the joy of movement and awareness to anyone wanting to change the way they feel and function in life.
At Djursholm Yoga, Jenny teaches Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as Yoga for beginners and Yoga for stiff men.
