Our Ayurvedic Yoga teacher Anna van Berlo teaches Kundalini Yoga, a style which is softer and more spiritual than many other styles of yoga and fits all levels from beginners to seasoned yogis. The classes focus on creating balance within us by reducing stress, increasing energy and working with mental strength. Using mantras, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation exercises, both body and soul get their share during the classes.
