Have you ever wanted to try a yoga class, but hesitated because you thought everyone else would be extremely flexible and know all the poses already, so that you would stand out and be embarrassed? Then this is the class for you! Not because a regular yoga class would be the wrong choice, but because Yoga för nybörjare will get you on board faster and with more space for questions, feedback, exploration and fun.
In this class we will focus on some of the most common poses (asanas) and sequences in yoga, like downward facing dog and sun salutations, breaking them down into detail and getting a real feel for them. The level of detail will be high, as will be the pulse and body temperature. Therefore, this class could also be a good choice for more experienced yogis wishing to dive deeper into the hows and whys of the poses.
