What is Yoga Private?
Yoga Private are customised, 60 minute long sessions that focus on whatever you need and want to work on. 1:1 yoga can help you deepen your practice, focus on specific practices (asana, meditation and/or pranayama) or specific areas in the body (e.g. more mobility in the spine).
Especially suitable for
Total beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Perfect for those that recover from injury, illness or surgery as well as everyone who craves a little me-time.
